In principle, personal interviews, or face-2-face interviews, can be completed anywhere – on the street, in a shopping centre, in the home or workplace of the respondent or in one of our dedicated test facilities. We have test facilities centrally located in major cities across the countries where we are established. Additionally, we have arrangements with a number of major shopping centres as well as interviewers in regions where we do not have an office. This setup enables us to do personal interviews across regions where we do not necessarily have a local presence.

Our personal interviewers have to complete an introductory training before we send them into the field. Many of our personal interviews have years of experience form the market research industry.
