Norstat offers services in all components necessary to execute a postal survey. We take the responsibility of shipping the survey to the right respondents. The respondents can be recruited by us, e.g. via telephone or personal interviews. We scan or type the submitted surveys and always keep our customers informed about the progress.

During the process, we also send reminders to respondents who have yet to reply in order to achieve as high a response rate as possible. We also have the capacity to code potential open responses hand-written in the survey.
